...I am NOT a fish person but the Tortilla Crusted Tilapia from Schnucks is to die for! I always remember that I like it but when I take the first bite then I remember that I LOVE it!!! It's so easy too because you put the oven on 400 and throw them in for 15 minutes and voila-dinner's done!!!
Matt and I both love the tilapia and the Texas potatoes from Schnucks so it was a great, stay at home but feel like we're eating out meal!
Sometimes it's nice to splurge and even better to realize you spluged but still saved a TON from eating at home!!!

Keith loves Schnucks fish no matter what kind it is, looks like we'll have to try this one :)

ReplyDeleteNever had Texas potatoes. May have to try those. I made tilapia last night. I baked it with garlic, ginger, lime, salt and pepper. it was AWESOME! And low fat. BOOM.
