ReplyDeleteHoly cow, 24 pounds is awesome! Good luck with your prep for the races.
ReplyDelete24 pounds? That's great! Everyone has plateaus now and then but maybe try switching something up. That's usually why you hit a plateau. Switch up exercise, switch up breakfast, do a 30-day challenge of going without something you eat a lot.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for your 10K, 5K, and half-marathon! You're an inspiration, girl!
Damn girl!!! I am so proud of you!! Great job and keep up the fantastic work.
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous! Congrats girl! I am debating on signing up for a 5k in June. How long do you train each week?
