Not cool at all! I don't even like to really break the bindings on my books. (I will say that one of my hard cover Harry Potter books just fell apart when I was reading it. I was so mad, and I keep saying I need to get a new one.) Books are meant to be pretty as well as useful. :)

I would have been livid. My books are some of my favorite possessions, you treat them with care!
