Chocolate Check-In Week 8...

...7 more weeks until the Hot Chocolate 5k!

Friday, October 18-Arm workout at bootcamp followed by a 2 mile run in 23:50!
 
Saturday, October 19-My MIL watched AR so I could go to boot camp. Ugh, it was core, my abs are so mad at me!
 
Sunday, October 20-Rest day
 
Monday, October 21-Boot camp and ran a mile...couldn't find the groove this am!
 
Tuesday, October 22-Core workout at boot camp and then ran 2 miles in 23:46. I was really feeling it this am.
 
Wednesday, October 23-Leg workout at boot camp including wall sits-tough stuff! Only ran a mile.
 
Thursday, October 24-Arm boot camp then headed home to snuggle with AR.
 
Challenge: Do 50 fire hydrants every day on each leg. Get down on all fours and lift your leg like you're peeing on a fire hydrant. Trust me, you'll feel it the next day and the day after that and the day after that...
