...Happy birthday, H!!! With it being so cold out, it makes it so hard to get up early and get in a good workout but I'm trying!
Wednesday, January 29-Tank Top Arms!
Thursday, January 30-Ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill and did Tank Top Arms. I've been really slacking on working out this week but once I ran, it felt REALLY good!
Friday, January 31-Arm day at boot camp!
Saturday, February 1-Rest day.
Monday, February 2-Arm day with the group workout. I feel like I should arms and abs of steel after this workout.
Tuesday, February 3-Tank Top Arms! Oh and my legs are so sore from deadlifts yesterday.
