Workout Wednesday...

...I changed the title of these posts since I'm not really weighing-in and it's more a workout recap and last week, I was lazy so feel free to belittle, ridicule, and throw tomatoes at me!

Wednesday-Sunday-NOTHING!

Monday-Ran 12 minutes and did some arm workout. Hey, it's not much, but it's all I could squeeze in!

Tuesday-Boot camp!
